Trinity West Villas is a 36-unit mixed-income multifamily development in the heart of West Dallas, set to begin construction in Summer 2025. This project is a major milestone as we expand our mission beyond single-family homeownership to provide high-quality, attainable housing for first responders, teachers, local government workers, and families who are often priced out of the housing market.

Trinity West Villas is part of a larger effort to diversify housing options, combat displacement, and revitalize Census Tract 205, a historically underserved neighborhood.
